Qualified Coaches

All our coaches are (CA) qualified and bring a wealth of experience from playing at various levels of the game. Their professional background ensures they possess a deep analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, which translate into their coaching approach. With firsthand experience in competitive play, they offer invaluable insights into game tactics, skill development, and mental resilience. Our coaches are committed to fostering a supportive and challenging environment that helps players reach their full potential, whether they are just starting or striving for elite performance.

Comprehensive safety and compliance

At our academy, player safety is our top priority. All our coaches undergo rigorous background checks, including Working with Children Checks (WWCC) and police clearances, ensuring they meet the highest standards of child safety and protection. In addition, every coach is first aid certified, equipped to handle medical emergencies swiftly and effectively.

Beyond mandatory checks, our staff regularly participate in ongoing safety training, covering areas such as injury prevention, concussion protocols, and emergency response procedures. We also adhere to national and industry-specific compliance standards, creating a secure and supportive environment where players can focus on developing their skills with confidence.

By maintaining these high safety standards, we provide peace of mind to both players and their families, reinforcing our commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
