Our shipping and cart rewards

We offer free standard shipping on eligible Australian orders with A$200 or more in qualifying merchandise at current selling prices before cart rewards. Our standard shipping below this threshold is A$15; express shipping is A$20 and is not included in our free shipping offer. Shipping, gift cards and services do not count towards qualifying spend.

Our free standard shipping offer excludes all bags, bowling machines, junior and senior cricket kits, The V nets, products marked as excluded, and orders weighing 10 kg or more. Your checkout shows the available delivery options and final charge. We do not currently offer international delivery through our online checkout.

Our eligible cart rewards are 2.5% at A$250, 5% at A$750 and 10% at A$1,000. We apply only your highest eligible reward. Other promotional discounts do not stack; checkout applies the best eligible offer. Eligible free standard shipping can apply alongside your reward. Read our full shipping and cart-reward terms.

Returns and warranty support

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return period for eligible unused items with proof of purchase. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Use our prepaid label for free Australian return postage. Please read our refund policy with our warranties and purchase terms for packaging requirements and product exclusions. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain in place.

Train with our team

We offer private coaching, group training and academy programmes, plus indoor nets and bowling machines for your practice. Explore our coaching options for rates by coach level, session length and package, and confirm availability when you book.

Our team includes Lewis Evans, Director of Cricket and Coaching; Ryan Hackney, Head Coach; and Grace Jones, an academy and private coach. Meet the full team on our coaching page. We confirm tour coaching appointments separately.

Apply for our 2027 junior tours

• Darwin: 17 and under — planned for June/July 2027, with 12-player squads and five T20 and 50-over fixtures. A$4,500 per player if accepted.
• NSW Central Coast: 12 and under — planned for January 2027, with a 14-player squad and five limited-over fixtures. A$3,500 per player if accepted, including return flights from Adelaide.

We review every application; submitting one does not guarantee a place. We do not collect payment with your application. Both packages include five 60-minute coaching sessions. Contact us to confirm the session format, final travel dates, fixtures, accommodation and tour coaches. If you’re travelling from interstate, talk to us about travel and coaching arrangements before applying.
